City Island Rowing

Thank you for visiting my page! My crew team, City Island Rowing, is hosting its annual Ergathon fundraiser on March 6th. During the Ergathon, my teamates and I will row on the erg for 90 minutes. This is a physically grueling task, and we do it to demonstrate our committment to our club and our sport. City Island has become one of the most important places in my life. It's special because of its emphasis on friendship and teamwork while fostering strength and independence in women. CIR is a small club, and our boats stay outside on our docks. This year we look to raise $45,000, any additional funds going towards the boathouse we hope to one day build. Please support our fundraising efforts this year so that CIR can buy new equipment for our team, including new sets of oars, a new motor for our launch, and final payments on our new boats and trailer. This will allow CIR to grow and continue to serve young women who are interested in this incredible sport. Your support would mean so much to me.
