Hi, I’m Shannah — Bella’s mom.

For my 50th birthday, I’ve decided to run a half marathon in honor of my beautiful daughter, Bella. Many of you know that Bella became paralyzed when doctors discovered a large tumor wrapped around her spine — that’s how we learned she had cancer.

She had to relearn how to crawl, walk, and run. If she could find the strength to do that, then I can find the strength to run 13.1 miles in her memory.
