Ballard Food Bank's Hope Beyond Hunger Capital Campaign

The Ballard Food Bank’s mission is to bring food and hope to our neighbors because there can be enough for everyone. We serve individuals living throughout northwest Seattle. To achieve our mission, we provide access to nutritious foods and services that support self-sufficiency, and we advocate for food equity and justice.  Over the past year, we have learned just how important and necessary the mission of the Ballard Food Bank is in supporting our community.  We are now serving over 6,000 a month - providing our neighbors with nutritious food and social services.

We have kicked off our Hope Beyond Hunger campaign to raise funds for the construction of our new and permanent home, a new community hub for food distribution and other vital resources. We are 88% to our campaign goal of $13.9 million.  As we look towards meeting our fundraising goals, we are now counting on the broader community to help us raise the remaining $2 million. These funds will be used to build a new home for the Food Bank and our community hub partners.
