Steve/Melissa Ozinga Chicago Marathon Honoring Claire Ozinga

Raised of $8,500

$0
$8,500

Our goal is to raise $8,500 for cancer research in honor of Claire Ozinga. She died in 1995 at age 58, after a valiant 13-month battle with cancer.  She would have turned 85 on August 10, 2022.

In Claire’s honor, son Steve and daughter-in-law Melissa, are running the 2022 Chicago Marathon (October 9, 2022) to raise money for Van Andel Institute’s cancer research. During her lifetime, Claire was an avid runner, including running the Old Kent River Bank Run (25k) four times.

When you support our running and Van Andel Institute’s Cancer research, 100% of all donations go directly to research labs and cancer clinical trials.

Please consider a one-time gift of $85 in honor of Claire’s 85th birthday. If you are inclined to give more or less, we thank you in advance.  All gifts, of any size, matter. 100% goes directly to cancer research and clinical trials, in Claire’s name.

If you want to pay by check:  Check payable to "Van Andel Institute" and "Ozinga Marathon" in memo field

Happy 85th Birthday, Claire!!!!!
