Workwell Foundation

Please join me in supporting the Workwell Foundation; a 501(c)3 non-profit, providing much needed education and resources for those suffering from Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS), Long COVID, and all fatigue-related illnesses. 

Workwell conducted research that played a significant role in eliminating Graded Exercise Therapy (GET) from ME/CFS treatments, and has provided disability testing for over two decades. 

Personally, Workwell has taught me the importance of pacing to avoid Post-Exertional Malaise (PEM), a worsening of symptoms with physical and emotional stressors. The hallmark of ME/CFS. 

In the light of COVID, Workwell's science has never been more important. Thank you for your support.
