I am fortunate to be able to see first hand the impact that your donations have on our patients and families who come to the Hope Resource Center at the Payson Center for Cancer Care. The grocery and gas gift cards our social workers give to ease the burden that can come with ongoing treatment appointments, the nurse navigators helping to coordinate care and partnering with the patient all the way through treatment, our mastectomy fitters helping patients find a comfortable garment, our nutritionist assisting patients who are having new challenges related to eating or diet, and the complementary therapies that help our patients find ways to relieve some of the anxiety a cancer diagnosis and treatment can bring.
