The HOPE Resource Center at Concord Hospital Payson Center for Cancer Care offers important services to cancer patients and their families through experts who offer guidance, information, and access to support programs for people affected by cancer at no cost. These include services such as nutritional and financial counseling, nurse navigation and social work support, spiritual care, support groups, and online resources such as the Anticancer Lifestyle Series.
