For the past 15 years I have been participating in the Tunnels to Towers 5k run
This year’s run will be Sunday September 27th  

The Plandome Fire Department has run in the Tunnel to Towers event each year for the past several years, and we use this event to raise money for the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation. We raised over $150,000 in 2025 for the Stephen Siller Foundation! Please help us help the Foundation again this year!

This is not a fund raiser for the Plandome Fire Department
The Tunnel to Towers foundation uses donations to support families of fallen firefighters, military, and police.  

The Siller Family started the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation to honor the memory of their brother, Stephen, a New York City firefighter (FDNY) who lost his life on September 11, 2001.  

Firefighter Stephen Siller lost his life while saving others. In his memory, the Tunnel to Towers Foundation developed the In the Line of Duty Program to honor the heroes that risk their lives every day.
