As many of you know, I have been a volunteer firefighter with the Plandome Fire Department for 9 years, and one of the most meaningful events that I've been a part of in that time is the Tunnel to Towers 5K in NYC.
I will be running alongside ~40 of my fellow members from the Plandome Fire Department in my firefighting gear which adds a weight and heat challenge to the run. Please join us in supporting the event!
