On Saturday, May 16 from 8:00–10:30 AM, we’ll gather at 407 Verbena Dr., Kyle, TX 78640 (pool parking lot) to walk, roll, and raise awareness and funds for families impacted by CACNA1A-related conditions. Link to Meeting point
This cause is deeply personal to us. Lou was diagnosed at just one year old, after she began showing symptoms that led us down a path we never expected. What started as uncertainty and countless questions has grown into purpose and action. Since 2020, the foundation has grown tremendously — and that growth is because of supporters like you. Funds raised have directly helped host three in-person conferences, bringing together researchers and families in one place to learn, connect, and collaborate around this rare disease. Those same efforts helped open a dedicated CACNA1A clinic in Houston, TX, providing specialized care and hope to families who need it most.
Every dollar raised continues to fuel research, resources, and community for families like ours.
After the walk, we’ll celebrate together with a swim party, so be sure to bring your swimsuits, towels, sunscreen, and all your pool-day essentials! 💦☀️
Whether you donate, walk, roll, swim, or simply share this event, your support means more than we can say. Thank you for helping us lace up for Lou and move closer to better treatments, stronger connections, and brighter days ahead. 💙
