The Alzheimer's Disease Resource Center provides care, support and educational programs for families in need, and advocates for local families like ours who are coping with Alzheimer’s Disease and other dementias. We are participating in the Memory Walk & Spring Festival to help raise awareness about dementia and other forms of cognitive decline as well as raise funds that will support Long Island caregivers and their families.
