Janice 'Mama C' Causey was an incredible woman who taught art to students, taught surf to everyone, inspired young people to chase their dreams & was a Waterman Eco-Challenge competitor who loved her community.

The Janice Causey Memorial Art Scholarship is a platform dedicated to fostering creativity and supporting aspiring artists in their educational journey. Our annual scholarship program is designed to recognize and empower talented individuals who demonstrate exceptional artistic potential and passion for the arts in the Narragansett area.
