There are 49.6 million people living in slavery worldwide, and less than 1% are ever rescued. Of those identified in the United States and in Pennsylvania, the vast majority of victims are women and girls who were coerced into sex trafficking and, once extracted, often lack trauma-informed services and long-term housing for their recovery.
The reality for many survivors is that they will return to their trafficker if they do not have access to rehabilitative care. This is why Greenlight Operation is on a mission to provide restorative services so no one has to go back to that way of living.
Will you support my Run for Restoration fundraiser to fund Greenlight Operation's Restoration Home Project, which will house female survivors of sex trafficking?
Funding this project will help provide trauma therapy, counseling, job skills training, life skill coaching, access to medical and dental care, and courses that equip each survivor to live an independent and sustainable life.
Will you join me in supporting freedom and restoration?
