Pedal the Cause

Pedal the Cause is hope, community and the region’s most impactful movement to end cancer. I am proud to participate and to play a part in funding groundbreaking research at our local, top-ranked institutions that is changing the way we treat and cure cancers. This year, I’m riding for my Aunt Theresa.  Two years ago, Theresa was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. As many know, this particular cancer is aggressive, unrelenting, and often silent until it’s advanced. But this cancer hadn’t met Theresa.

She’s fierce. She’s practical. She’s brave. And more than anything — she’s positive. Through every treatment, every setback, and every unknown, she’s fought with grit and grace.

I ride because she’s still fighting. I ride because research matters. I ride because a cure is possible — and we can help fund the efforts to get there.
