John is a seasoned Real Estate Agent working with Vermont home buyers and sellers. In 2017 John invested in his own investment property and felt a true passion for the business and decided shortly after to start of his career at Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman. In his first year as a Realtor, John was listed in the "Top 30 under 30" young professionals at Coldwell Banker International for his outstanding work in the industry. Beginning his real estate career alongside his brother, George, the duo became known as the Black Brothers Team and were named Rookie of the Year by The Northwest Vermont Realtor Association in 2018. In 2022, John was recognized among the top 14% of Coldwell Banker Agents worldwide and in 2024 awarded the President's Elite award reconizing the top 2% of agents in production worldwide.
