Huvan's journey was marked with incredible strength and resilience. In September of 2022, Huvan was diagnosed with stage 4 desmoplastic small round cell tumor (DSRCT), a rare and aggressive form of sarcoma. Before his diagnosis, Huvan endured months of pain, misdiagnosis, with repeated visits to emergency rooms and urgent care centers. By the time the correct diagnosis was made, the disease had already progressed significantly.

Despite the odds, Huvan fought bravely, supported by family, friends, and medical teams. Sadly, Huvan lost his battle with DSRCT in April 2025, but his story continues to shine a light on the urgent need for early diagnosis and better treatment options for rare cancers.
