Evergreen Behavioral Health is a licensed outpatient behavioral health facility located in South Portland, dedicated to providing high-quality mental health services to individuals in need.
Our outpatient service module includes both full-day and half-day programs designed to support individuals with mental health and substance abuse disorders. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including individual therapy, group therapy, and consultations with a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Our goal is to provide accessible, client-centered care that promotes mental wellness and long-term stability for our patients.
