I am lacing up my skates for the LivSports 24 Hour Adult Hockey Marathon, benefitting LivFree - a pediatric cancer nonprofit that provides Moments of Joy to kids and families to give them a break from struggle. Whether it is going to a game, a broadway show, a concert, or even just a night out - LivFree this there for the whole family. 

I will be participating in this feat of endurance to use my passion as a platform for good. A donation of any amount will help me reach my initial goal.

In 2026 i did not have the confidence to commit to the skating portion of the marathon, instead I help out with keeping score, playing music, and coaching at MSU. I did step on the ice a few times and wondered why I did try to do more. A few weeks later, I reached to Dan and Jim about helping again at Miami University, and I brought four cohorts with me. We had a blast and I am looking forward to next year, and raising money for a good cause and an amazing team.
