I’m excited to serve as a co-captain for this inaugural race and proud to support an organization that has been such an incredible place to work. Mercy’s mission of compassionate care is something I see in action every day, and I couldn’t be happier to help support its future.

Training to run again has been a bit of a return to my roots — something I haven’t done since my Division I athlete days. These days I much prefer strength training, but when I decide to train for something, my competitive side tends to take over. If I’m going to do it, I’m going all in.

The Mercy Race for the Future supports the Mercy Forever campaign, celebrating 150 years of compassionate care while investing in the next generation of healing services for our community. Every donation helps expand access to care, advance medical innovation, and strengthen the communities Mercy serves.
