Anna was first diagnosed with epilepsy when she was under one year old. By the time she was 3 1/2 we found she had an intractable form of epilepsy called Dravet Syndrome. Now at age 22, Anna enjoys attending Camp Flame Catcher 3 times a year at Camp Kern. It gives her personal freedom to enjoy nature, friends and spend time with others who also have epilepsy.
