SouthernCarolina Alliance (SCA) is the regional economic development organization that represents Allendale, Bamberg, Barnwell, Beaufort, Colleton, Hampton, and Jasper Counties in South Carolina. Through ideals of cooperation and regionalism, our mission is to sustain and create jobs that will improve the quality of life in the seven counties of our region.
