Almost 3 years have past since our sweet Wally boy and FrapPack corg-founder left us here on earth in November 2022 to cross the rainbow bridge after sharing 14 unforgettable years with us. The impact he made in our lives and others was huge, both in person and across social media. His absence still leaves a hole in our hearts. Yet we’ve found that all his wonderful memories keep us going day by day. He was our soul dog and he remains one of a kind.
During the last 2 and half years of his life he valiantly battled DM and showed us his strength and resiliency. Some days were harder than others, but we always did whatever we could to help him fight the good fight. In the end, he succumbed to the paralyzing disease.
In honor of his memory we continue to support ShadeOutDM because their cause is so dear to our hearts. Their 2025 virtual race begins Sun 11/9/25 and is open until Sun, 11/16/25.

This is our 7th Annual RACE and our fifth year as an official 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Every team, every mile, every share helps us reach more people and more pups.
Our mission:
🐶 Honor pups currently on this journey or remember those we’ve lost.
🤝 Support other owners through our #ShadeOutDM member support group on Facebook.
📚 Educate the public that DM can be prevented through responsible breeding and proper health testing before breeding.
💌 Raise funds for our Loaner Cart Program and mission efforts - attending events, veterinary conferences, and shipping awareness materials across the globe to “bark out loud” for the pups.
