Girls on the Run Bay Area inspires girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running. Our programs serve girls in 3rd–8th grade across San Francisco, Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, and San Mateo counties. We focus on creating inclusive, safe spaces where girls can build social-emotional skills, set goals, and discover their inner strength. Over 70% of participants receive financial assistance, and every dollar raised helps us ensure that every girl who wants to participate can — regardless of her family’s financial situation.
