If you want group classes, head a few doors down to our MOVEMENT RECOVERY facility for high intensity interval training (HIIT) classes. These exciting classes were designed to provide a full body workout that fires up your metabolism, burns fat and improves strength and stamina. Our sister facility also has the latest in recovery amenities such as cold plunge tubs, infrared saunas and more.
Another unique service we offer is rapid spray tans with the Aviva Labs Tanning System; a safe, fast way to get a sun-kissed, radiant glow in minutes. The premium product that we use exclusively is oil-free (which means no sticky or tacky feeling), alcohol-free (will not dry out your skin), and fragrance-free. It dries in seconds, fades evenly and washes off sooner if you choose.
