Ways to Participate
In-Person (Oct. 26): The in-person 5K race or 1-mile walk takes place on Sunday, October 26, 2025. You'll enjoy a scenic course through Embarcadero Marina Park with stunning views of the vibrant San Diego waterfront. Your registration includes a commemorative t-shirt and grab-and-go breakfast.
Sleep-In: Would you rather hit the pillow instead of the pavement? Choose to snooze and Sleep-In for Research. Your registration includes a commemorative t-shirt, showcasing your proud support of the AABB Foundation.

About the AABB Foundation
