Age group: Top 2 F & M in each group: Medal and winner's certificate, ages 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+

*Water and Gatorade
*Snack & water at finish line.
*A tremendous amount of gratitude.

Fundraising is an option, as is creating a group of runners or walkers. The top fundraiser and the person who creates the largest group of runners/walkers win heartfelt thanks, a medal, and a winner’s certificate.

The surface is grass, dirt and macadam. We have water available on the course.
