Friday, October 24, 2025 from 11:00 am- 7:00 pm at CEF in the Carmel Life and Learning Center (CLLC), 515 E. Main St., Carmel, IN.  This building is directly across from the main entrance (the circle) of Carmel High School.  

Saturday, October 25, 2025 from 8:00- 8:30 am on race morning at the main cafeteria at Carmel High School, 520 E. Main St., Carmel, IN-enter Door 7.
