THIS IS NOT A FIT & ABLE PRODUCTIONS EVENT. FIT & ABLE PRODUCTIONS INVOLVEMENT IS EXCLUSIVELY LIMITED TO DONATING TIME TO THE CARY POLICE DEPARTMENT AND SPECIAL OLYMPICS NORTH CAROLINA FOR HOSTING THE EVENT REGISTRATION PLATFORM. 

Participant acknowledges and agrees that serving intoxicating substances, including but not limited to alcohol, by Host or any third party at the Event carries inherent liabilities and assumes all liability related to or arising from the presence, service, or consumption of such intoxicating substances by any person at, during, or after the Event.

Participant releases Fit & Able, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, and al other businesses, organizations, and affiliates of Fit & Able from any suits, claims, or liability related to or arising from the presence, service, or consumption of such intoxicating substances by any person at, during, or after the Event.

Participant furthermore agrees to hold harmless and indemnity Fit & Able, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, and al other business, organizations, and affiliates of Fit & Able of any costs, losses or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees that Fit & Able may incur by reason of any third party claim or suit or any other legal action against Fit & Able by any party related to or arising from the presence, service, or consumption of such intoxicating substances by any person at, during, or after the Event.
