By signing below or submitting this entry, I (or my parent/guardian if under 18) agree to the following:

• Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that hiking involves inherent risks. I certify that I am medically fit, properly trained, and assume all risks of participation (including falls, weather, traffic, and course conditions). I will follow all race official decisions.
• Liability Release: I waive and release the Event Director, RunSignup.com, and all sponsors, volunteers, and staff from any claims for injuries or property damage suffered before, during, or after the event. This binds my heirs and executors.
• Medical Care: In an emergency, I authorize the event staff to secure medical treatment for me. I assume full financial responsibility for all medical services, treatment, and transport.
• Media Release: I grant permission to the event to use my name, voice, and likeness in photos, videos, or publications for any legitimate purpose.
• Refund Policy: All entry fees are non-refundable and bibs are non-transferable. The event reserves the right to alter, postpone, or cancel the event due to emergencies or safety concerns without issuing refunds.
