2025 CureFest Waiver of Claim TERMS OF RELEASE OF LIABILITY & HOLD HARMLESS

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in CureFest 2025. I am 18 years or older and provide my consent for myself and any minor child accompanying me.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I understand and acknowledge that participation in CureFest activities involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage.

RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS: I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless CureFest organizers, sponsors, volunteers, vendors, the venue and its staff, and all other associated parties (collectively "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation or that of my minor child in CureFest activities, including but not limited to claims arising out of negligence.

MEDIA RELEASE: I grant permission for the use of my image, voice, and likeness in any recordings, photographs, or other media in connection with CureFest, and I waive any claims for compensation or damages related to such use.

INDEMNIFICATION: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims brought by me or on my behalf.

By registering, I acknowledge having read, understood, and agreed to this waiver.
