Meet in the Target parking lot in Mount Pleasant as far from the store as possible. We will meet there and move into position to clean the eastbound lane/shoulder.

Rest Stop Supply Driver

Help load and unload materials for rest stops. Must have experience driving a sprinter van and/or box truck. Specific vehicle will be assigned at training. You will load and unload, assist set-up team and will have long periods of down time. Mandatory pre-event training one week prior to event day.

Support and Gear (SAG) Driver

You must be 25-100 years old to volunteer for this task.

Details

This is an all-day volunteer role. Drivers will be given a SAG vehicle (rental SUV or Truck) to drive during the event. SAG vehicles will support the riders during their ride; water, light mechanical (changing flat tires), and transport riders back to the finish. SAG vehicles will have spare tubes, tire levers, floor pumps, bottled water and a basic first aid kit. Vehicles will be part of the overall safety plan for the ride and will communicate directly with the command post. Volunteers will receive all instructions needed from our production and logistics team. Drivers must be 25 years old or older with a clean driving record.

Bike Shuttle Drivers (Cougar Moving)

You must be 25-100 years old to volunteer for this task.
