I understand that my participation in media interview(s) and/or photograph(s) is at my discretion and is voluntary. I understand the news media are not subject to the confidential requirements of the Area Office on Aging of Northwestern Ohio, Inc., the Senior Citizens Committee, and the Northwest Ohio Area Office on Aging Foundation and I waive all ownership rights to these images and I understand that I will receive no financial compensation for the use of these images or for participating in the media interview(s).
