Survivor Day Program

Please consider supporting our mission through a tax-deductible donation to the Jack Duffy Empowerment Foundation. We are a 501(c)3 dedicated to honoring Jack's life through empowering mental health, particularly for teens and young adults. We support overall mental health and suicide awareness, research, and education and work with other non-profit partners to expand our impact. Our efforts are focused to make a difference locally in Montgomery County, PA with unique resources that are available free of charge.
