Story

Hi, my name is Annie. I am 6 years old, and this year I am riding in Pedal the Cause to raise money for cancer research.

I am riding for my Tutu, who I love very much. She passed away this year from something called a glioblastoma (a type of brain cancer). I miss her every day, and I want to help other families so they don’t have to go through what we did.

By riding my bike, I can raise money to help scientists and doctors find cures for cancer. I know I’m just a kid, but I believe every pedal and every dollar makes a difference.

Thank you for supporting me, my Tutu, and all the people who are fighting cancer.
