I am a cofounder and Board member for Transplant House of Cleveland.  For the past decade, I have been proud to support Transplant House of Cleveland, a non-profit organization that offers an affordable, temporary home, and caring community, for organ transplant patients and their caregivers who travel to Cleveland Clinic or University Hospitals of Cleveland for their medical care. By raising funds for our annual 5K, I am also honoring the memory of Brian Vitale, former Board member and founder of the Annual 5K.
