Nathan Martinez, 38, a devoted father, Marine Corps veteran, and firefighter, tragically passed away on November 3, 2024. He leaves behind his girlfriend Jenn and their three young children—ages 11, 2, and just 3 months old.

Nathan’s life was defined by service. He enlisted in the Marine Corps straight out of high school, bravely serving two tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. After returning home, he fulfilled his lifelong dream of becoming a firefighter, proudly serving with the Lowell Fire Department for 12 years.

We run to honor his memory and legacy. All money raised will benefit 22Mohawks, an organization that provides assistance to veterans and first responders who need help with navigating the struggles of everyday life.
