Hi Folks,
Thank you so much for visiting my page and for your support. I have been volunteering for the Greater Newburyport Ovarian Cancer Awareness group for 15 years now and chairing the 5K for 5 of them. Why do I do this? The fabulous group of people I've worked with over the years who truly care and go above and beyond to help others, and not only create awareness, but also raise money to one day find a cure. I know too many women who have lost their battles to this disease, and I feel that any and all effort I can make to help women know the symptoms, get the medical care needed, and understand that there is help here for them, is a small but powerful role for me to play.
