I am so proud to be participating in the Lahey Cancer Institute Walk again this year!
Times are tough—I get it. But, I hope you will support me today in my fundraising efforts! This event helps support critical services at the Lahey Cancer Institute that help patients and their families receive holistic, comprehensive care as they navigate the difficult journey of cancer treatment. Every donation matters; no contribution is too small.
Every day, patients like my dad directly benefit from the critical cancer care, services, and research that Lahey continues to provide. Helping patients like him live longer, fuller, and happier lives. And your donations make it possible! I have 386 Facebook friends/followers. If even half of them donated $5 each, that would be nearly $1,000 for cancer research!
We are forever grateful for the exceptional care provided by Dr. Karl Dsilva, Dr. Dipak Ramkumar (formerly of the Lahey Orthopedic surgery department), Kimberly Henriques (Orthopedic Surgery NP), and the many other doctors and nurses that continue to stand with us. The Hematology and Oncology department in Peabody is incredible. Kind, thoughtful, and so supportive. Participating in this fundraiser is the least we can do to give back.
I understand if you are not in a position to donate, but I would ask that you please share and spread the word :). And/or come on down to cheer us on! The event is dog friendly for well behaved, on leash pets and is always a great time.
