Jacob “aged out” of his pediatric doctors(over the age of 21 yrs) and ADMH is the ONLY clinic in Georgia that specialized in health care for adults with disabilities. They need our support to continue their mission of providing all-encompassing healthcare and social service needs for teens and adults with developmental disabilities.
We can’t imagine not having ADMH on our side helping us along the way with Jacob’s healthcare coordination and support with his 13 speciality doctors. It's a team effort!
