Pedal the Cause

I’m not very comfortable asking for money, but this year I’m making an exception for cancer research. A couple of years ago I was successfully treated for prostate cancer. I should be ‘cured,’ but anyone touched by cancer knows you never feel truly out of the woods. That’s why cancer research is so important, and the Siteman Cancer Center and Siteman Kids at St. Louis Children’s Hospital are national leaders in this effort. This year I’m joining my brother’s fundraising team at Pedal the Cause, a major annual fundraising event for this worthy effort. We’ll ride the weekend of September 20-21, 2025, in St. Louis.

Every penny of every dollar donated funds innovative cancer research at Siteman Cancer Center and Siteman Kids at St. Louis Children's Hospital, driving new treatments, clinical trials and discoveries that are improving patient outcomes.
