Pedal the Cause

While I have stepped back a little into the role of Captain Emeritus, I am no less proud to ride with Evernorth Healthcare’s Pedal the Cause Team in the fight against cancer. Riding allows me to raise awareness, support research, and honor those impacted by the disease. It doesn't, however, even come close to the perseverance and strength needed to live with cancer or go on living when our loved ones are no longer physically with us. Riding in memory of Clifford Duvall, Bernadette Price, Stacy Bostic and Joel Johnson. When I cross the finish line, I will be celebrating those that I have ridden in honor of in the past - George Jankowski, Miles Woodward and John Roland, that remain cancer free largely due to the advances research supported by Pedal the Cause has been able to fund.
