I am proud to join Pedal the Cause in the fight against cancer in honor of my long time friend Troy Guzman. Troy was an amazing person, friend, designer and fellow cyclist. He inspired us with his work, his attitude and his thoughtfulness. Even when sick he was concerned about others, and always look for ways to make sure everyone was included. He will be missed and was truly a featured fighter in the war against Cancer.
In 2023 we were rode the bike ride "Pedal the Cause" together, with our team United by Design to raise money for Cancer research. I know it meant a lot to him and it is something that I will always cherish and remember.
Pedal the Cause is more than the region's largest cancer fundraiser. It's a way of life, a celebration, a family and a movement fueled by the courage to end cancer.
