I am a Superhero as I signed up for CASA of Marion County's Superhero Run and asking for your help in fundraising for this cause! 

Your fundraising helps CASA carry out its mission to advocate for children in foster care.  Join me in being a Superhero too!

When a child is placed in foster care, the child’s life becomes a maze of strangers, social workers, therapists, police, foster parents, judges, and more. CASA volunteers are a constant presence—sometimes the only constant presence—in a foster care child’s life.

Children with a CASA volunteer are more likely to find a safe, permanent home, and are:

• More likely to be adopted 

• Half as likely to reenter foster care 

• Substantially less likely to spend time in long-term foster care
