My Name is "Lizzy" ("Elizabeth" when I'm in trouble) but I also answer to "Little" too! My name was chosen by auntie Dana, her's started calling me Lizzy because I reminded her of the "traditional corgis" that Queen Elizabeth had and I liked it and responded to it (doesn't mean I will COME to any of them but I know them...hehehehe).
I was rescued off the streets and taken to da vet because I was soooo skinny and malnourished that I was officially STARVING!!! The Dr said I wasn't even 1 years old yet so dat made me da same age as my "sisfur from another mother" named "LE" (pronounced Ellie) and we actually are perfect sisters now! We love to RACE & swim & play soccer! I'm still terrified of fireworks but I've learned I'm safe if I go in my condo when I'm scared and I'll be ok. I LOVE one green wubba toy for swimming and diving but out of the pool I love soccer balls and any balls that squeak oh and I LOVE to EAT!!! I will eat anything (even if it's not good for me) so mom & dad are always having to keep a close eye on me but I'm usually faster than them (hehe).
I had no idea that I would have such an important job in dis life but my mom and dad tell me about how I am now a spokes'corg for #ShadeOutDM and it's my job to help #BarkOutLoud for all the pups! I'm gonna love dis job! Dis year will be my FIRST time participating in da RACE but me & LE are looking forward to it!

This is our 7th Annual RACE and our fifth year as an official 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Every team, every mile, every share helps us reach more people and more pups.
Our mission:
- 🐶 Honor pups currently on this journey or remember those we’ve lost.
- 🤝 Support other owners through our #ShadeOutDM member support group on Facebook.
- 📚 Educate the public that DM can be prevented through responsible breeding and proper health testing before breeding.
- 💌 Raise funds for our Loaner Cart Program and mission efforts - attending events, veterinary conferences, and shipping awareness materials across the globe to “bark out loud” for the pups.
