Hello Friends & Family-

It's hard to believe that we have been involved with SBKC for almost 13 years! This organization is near and dear to our hearts! They have personally served our family for many years, and they continue to work hard at serving ALL families in the Kansas City area touched by Spina Bifida. They provide medical reimbursements to help ease financial burdens, and provide resources and support for all families. In addition, they provide much needed social events and community connections that are critical especially to newly diagnosed families. Ever dollar raised helps families access the care, connection, and hope they deserve. Whether it's $5 or $50, your support means the world. 

It just so happens that October 17, the day of the walk, is JD's 13th birthday! If you don't have plans that morning, come celebrate with us! JD's 13 years of life have thrown us plenty of challenges, but he has proven to himself and to us that his Spina Bifida diagnosis does not define him!
