The Wish Makers Program was piloted by Hospice & Palliative Care of Chenango County in June 2021 for the Veteran patients in the organizations' hospice care program. The program is committed to fulfilling a wish for every Veteran. In June 2022, the agency will open the program to the entire hospice patient case load. Wish Makers is funded by donations from community members, like you, along with contributions from Hospice Chenango. You are invited to learn more about this amazing program and an opportunity for you to help! All contributions made to Wish Makers goes entirely toward funding the wishes of hospice patients.
