Attention, Guardians of the Gap!!  We need you!

Did you know that over 50 MILLION Americans currently living in the USA can trace their ancestry to Cumberland Gap?  It's quite extraordinary when you think about the original 350,000 individuals who left all they knew behind, braved the unknown frontier, and trekked through our historic town to settle in Kentucky and beyond.... the official westward movement of early American pioneers.   Our organization is on a mission to preserve, protect, and promote Cumberland Gap and its history.... all of it….. but much of it is at risk of being forgotten.  Won't you please consider helping us to promote this idyllic small town and also research, document, and share all that we can about all peoples and cultures that either traveled through the Gap or called the Gap their home?  Many heartfelt thanks and appreciation go out to you, our fellow Guardians!
