Megan's Wings provides assistance to families who are struggling to pay their house payment, utilities, gas or groceries due to work disruptions caring for their sick child. Megan's Wings works directly with medical social workers from SoCal Children's Hospitals and Cancer Centers to identify and help those families most in need. Our financial aid and service programs help support the family so they can support their child.
