Meet The Team!

Taylor Benson, Program Manager

Image

Taylor Benson began his ministry of helping children in need after a transformative experience in Peru in 2003. As a mission team member from his home church in Florida, Taylor visited The Posada de Amor orphanage and children’s home in Cieneguilla, Lima, Peru. This experience deeply impacted him, leading him to recognize the love and family environment these children had despite their challenging circumstances. Taylor partnered with Reliv International, Inc. and its foundational organization, The Reliv Kalogris Foundation, to provide daily nutritional supplementation to thousands of poor and malnourished children in Peru. Despite changes in funding, Taylor's commitment to serving children remains steadfast through The Potter’s Hand Foundation, ensuring children in need receive vital support. With the support of local volunteers and coordinators, Taylor continues to work tirelessly to reach more children in need, both in Peru and beyond, guided by his faith and personal calling to love and serve.

Austin is a passionate follower of Jesus, Lindsay's husband, and father to seven children God has entrusted to them.  Austin graduated from West Point in 2005 and worked as an Army officer for 9+ years.  After leaving active duty he joined the Army Reserves (where he is still actively serving) and started a ministry at West Point to make disciples of Jesus in the military through loving and discipling cadets and officers at the Academy.  Austin and His family have never stopped making disciples of Jesus, and they now reside in Tampa, Florida, where they gather as a church in their home and seek to know Jesus better while making Him known to everyone around them through the power of His Holy Spirit.
