The Philippi Public Library “Bookworms” Team is raising funds, support, and awareness for the library, to match our WV Grant-in-Aid, meet operational expenses, provide quality materials, programs, classes, and services, and maintain an aging facility.  

We strive to provide quality materials, programs, and services to fulfill the educational, informational, cultural and recreational needs of the community and foster lifelong learning.  The library offers programs, including, but not limited to, Computer, Financial and Adult Literacy Classes, Resume Writing and Job Search classes and cultural programs for adults, Teen Read Week (Literacy Program) for teens, Early Literacy Programs for children and much more.  Contact Judy Buckner Larry 304-457-3495.
